| We thought Chesney's 2006 & 2007 show records were impressive but the 2008 show season has started out to be even more outstanding! He's already won 1 Grand Championship, 1 Reserve Championship and 4 firsts. He just keeps getting better with age! Chesney is a gorgeous full Peruvian, half accoyo, medium fawn male whose fleece is like suede when you run your hand back and forth on it! He has an abundance of coverage with an extremely fine, broad-crimped fleece. He has quite the presence in the show ring showing off his typey head and wonderful conformation! At the 2006 OABA show, judge Tim Lavan said "a wonderfully poised confident young male. My first two alpacas in this class are almost identical. Nice boys." He has been singled out by the judges as being "stylish" in presence. Why not see for yourself what he was talking about. If you know the show circuit, you know how tough it is to place in any fawn class. Just look at his show record!!! At the 2006 MOPACA show, Chesney's class was the first one on Sunday morning. The judge, Jude Anderson, commented that this was a perfect class to start the day with as all the young boys in this class are outstanding!! He placed second at that show! The judge at the 2006 Buckeye Show, Wade Gease, said "a very alert and confident young male with the phenotype you want to see in a male alpaca". Take note that Chesney comes from incredible lineage!
